Fighting precariousness and exclusion

As part of its solidarity and poverty reduction policy, the Region has decided to support initiatives across the entire regional territory.

Thus, the Region aims to articulate its intervention particularly with structures whose territorial anchoring allows them to offer devices adapted to various local realities.

• Associations and Communal Social Action Centers around food projects.

Priority is given to associations that have a multi-year agreement with the Region or that operate a social and solidarity grocery store.

• The network of Food Banks.
• Associations for welcoming, listening to, and guiding precarious and/or highly disadvantaged individuals, such as day centers.

Applications must fall within the two aforementioned axes, in accordance with the Region's financial regulations and the intervention framework of the Youth and Civic Engagement Department.
Investment grants primarily concern the food sector and target the development and logistical equipment of contracted departmental structures (Departmental branches only).
The regional subsidy cannot exceed a rate of 50% of the total cost including VAT of the project.
It is determined based on the total cost of the expenditure and co-financing.
