TYPE OF AID

Studies and works related to the creation, renewal or displacement of floodgates, soft engineering works for flood control (by dynamic flow retardation) and erosion (excluding hedge planting), studies related to flood control at the scale of watersheds or sub-watersheds, land acquisitions by local authorities for flood control works, purchase and installation of equipment related to flood control (measuring instruments and flood markers).

The departmental council's flood control aid policy is as follows:

• Studies and works related to floodgates: 20% of the ex-tax amount of the operation, up to a maximum of 30,000€ in subsidy per operation,
• Soft engineering works for flood control: 20% of the ex-tax amount of the works, capped at 20,000€ in subsidy/project owner/operation per year,
• Studies related to flood control: 20% of the ex-tax amount of the study, capped at 15,000€ in subsidy,
• Land acquisitions by local authorities for flood control works: 50% of the acquisition amount (excluding notary fees and boundary marking) capped at 30 cents of…
