Fighting against VHSS (gender-based and sexual violence and harassment) in live performance and visual arts (FALC)

The Ministry of Culture has implemented a plan to combat gender-based and sexual violence and harassment, or VHSS. Do you work in the live performance and visual arts sector? Are you applying for or wishing to renew financial aid from the Ministry of Culture?

Since 2022, cultural organizations in live performance and visual arts must comply with the plan to combat VHSS. This is a condition for receiving financial aid from the Ministry of Culture.

What is the VHSS combat plan?

The Ministry of Culture has implemented the plan to combat VHSS (gender-based and sexual violence and harassment). This is the "Schiappa" law, passed on August 3, 2018.

• more severely condemn perpetrators of sexual and gender-based violence
