Carry out actions to pool general cultural heritage inventory operations

Through this program, the Grand Est Region decides to strengthen the knowledge and recognition of regional cultural heritage, tangible and intangible, through research programs and the pooling of resources by assisting:

• operations carried out by or with partners who undertake by convention to respect the standards of the General Inventory. These operations can be surveys (cf. definition in "Principles, methods and conduct"), diagnoses (definition in progress), topographical or thematic inventories, with or without archival research;
• the professionalization of individuals responsible for identifying and understanding heritage in the territory, in order to create a network of professionals capable of integrating heritage concerns into land use policy;
• the dissemination of the results of the study during its execution and upon its completion in any medium and for any audience.
