OPERATIONS CONCERNED

Agricultural, Forestry and Environmental Land Management Operations (AFAFE) and Rural Property Exchanges and Transfers (ECIR) with the following objectives:

• Improve the operating conditions of rural agricultural and forestry properties: consolidation of plots and proximity to the operating headquarters, improved access to plots.
• Ensure the development of rural natural areas and environmental preservation: better manage natural and agricultural areas, and integrate them as assets of the territory. This land tool can be used, for example, as part of an approach to improve water quality on a drinking water catchment, to preserve natural environments such as wetlands, etc.
• Contribute to communal land use planning: possibility for local authorities to build up land reserves for public equipment projects and environmental and landscape management and protection, to modify the road network, etc.
