Lead a housing planning process

1. Aid for Local Housing Program studies

• Support the planning processes of EPCIs for housing through the development or revision of a Local Housing Program (PLH)
• Promote the development of a sufficient, diversified and balanced housing supply in an inter-municipal area to meet the needs of households, in coherence with the Vaucluse Departmental Housing Plan

The Department may pay aid of 20% of the ex-tax cost of the study with a maximum base capped at 60,000 € ex-tax (excluding expenses incurred in-house) per PLH.

2. Aid for the implementation of land policy for housing

This aid aims at the development of the land component of Local Housing Programs (PLH) and study or engineering approaches contributing to the development of housing supply.

The Department may pay aid of 40% of the ex-tax amount of study or engineering costs with an eligible base capped at 30,000 € of the ex-tax cost (excluding expenses incurred in-house).
