Lead a collective modernization operation for crafts, commerce, and services (territorial policy 22-28)

NATURE OF ELIGIBLE PROJECTS

Eligible are all sedentary artisans and merchants registered in the National Register of Enterprises (RNE), whether as a company, sole proprietorship, or association (under certain conditions), and operating in the craft, small industry, commerce, and social and solidarity economy sectors.

Conversely, non-sedentary or ephemeral businesses and liberal professions are not eligible for the scheme.

The precise list of eligible recipients will be defined within each award regulation. All Collective Modernization Operations for Crafts, Commerce, and Services (OCMACS) that aim to act on the dynamics of local crafts and commerce within a local intervention program designed to help businesses make investments to modernize their activities.

Departmental aid is paid to the beneficiary to fund an intervention fund intended to support businesses wishing to make investments to modernize their establishments. These intervention programs have a minimum duration of 3 years, which may be extended as part of the review of the Manche territorial contracts, with a maximum total duration of 4 years.

The intervention program must integrate the regional scheme relating to aid for local businesses.
