Implement structuring territorial energy-climate approaches

Energy-climate expertise to implement a territorial strategy for reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions and developing renewable and recovery energies (EnRR).

Modalities:

• Energy-climate inventory of the territory

• Development of a prospective scenario for energy demand, energy mix, and the development of EnRR in the short, medium, and long term, in connection with national, regional, and local contexts and objectives

• Participation in defining the territory's energy-climate objectives and strategy

• Participation in working groups and thematic workshops led by local authorities to define an action plan

• Support throughout the implementation of the approach: participation in steering committees, search for local and European benchmarks, etc.

• Assistance in setting up monitoring indicators

• Monitoring of consumption and production evolution trajectories in relation to the set objectives

• Monitoring of the implementation of the action plan and its impacts on the territorial strategy
