Implement a drinking water project (optimization of network performance and management)

Optimize water resource management, particularly from a quantitative perspective and in terms of network performance and asset management:

• Addressing the issue with the project owner's representative and their operator
• Establishment of the specifications describing the expected mission from the service provider for the realization of a network diagnosis
• Assistance with contract award
• Review of offers to assist the project owner in their choice of service provider
• Monitoring of the study within the framework of a steering committee comprising the project owner, their operator, the Water Agency, and possibly the Regional Health Agency.

In the case of very important and complex studies, particularly drinking water master plans for large communities, assistance may be limited to helping the project owner choose a project management assistant (establishment of the mission program, contract award, assistance in choosing the service provider).

• Working meetings on specific topics upon request
