Establish a sanitation service and its operation

Within the framework of taking on sanitation responsibilities or reorganizing this service, the Department can assist the community in the preliminary steps for these changes.

A methodological process can be proposed to identify the challenges, issues, and opportunities that will enable elected officials to identify the scenario to be adopted.

Initially, no funding is required for engineering assistance. The Department is providing the community with the working time of departmental staff free of charge.
