Objective

Develop dual-use transport infrastructures within the TEN-T and military mobility networks.

Priority

Support will be granted to dual-use projects, works and/or studies, meeting both civil and defense needs.

Eligibility

• Be a legal entity (public or private body)
• Be established in one of the eligible countries:
  • EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories)
• Beneficiaries and affiliated entities must register at the
