Sustainable Mobility - Support for the Electric Bus Supply Chain - PNRR

What it is The support instrument aims to promote investment plans capable of fostering the green and digital transformation of the bus industry to produce electric (hybrid traction vehicles are excluded) and connected vehicles, in implementation of Investment 5.3 “Development of international, industrial, and R&D leadership in the field of electric buses” of the PNRR. Who it is for It is aimed at companies of all sizes operating throughout the national territory that intend to carry out productive investment programs consistent with the objectives of the aforementioned Investment 5.3 of the PNRR, possibly accompanied by industrial research and/or experimental development projects and personnel training projects strictly connected and functional to the productive investment programs. What it provides Granting of non-repayable contributions and subsidized financing, even in combination, within the limits of the maximum aid intensities provided for by applicable regulations. As a result of recent amendments to the PNRR, 25 million euros are allocated for implementation, within the scope of the endowment of Investment M7-I12 of the PNRR of a total of 100 million. The endowment replaces that initially allocated for the measure, equal to 80 million out of a total of 300, within measure 5.3 of PNRR M2C2 “Energy Transition and Sustainable Mobility”.
