Lifestyles, aspirations, and mobility and housing needs of the inhabitants of the territory have evolved in recent years without changes in the way urban and rural spaces are developed. The various crises and societal changes invite us to rethink spaces in order to take into account the concerns and needs of the citizens of the territory.

The offer of services and infrastructures must meet the diversity of the needs of its inhabitants.

Through its application, the GAL of the PETR Pays de Ploërmel – Coeur de Bretagne wishes to develop thoughtful and accessible physical, digital and social environments for everyone.

• The program will support projects promoting a supportive and inclusive society through various issues:
• Mobility
• Access to digital technology, creation of cooperation spaces
• Housing
• Spatial planning and inclusion

Transversally, the PETR will support experimentation and innovation in projects. It will involve working on issues of accessibility (physical, digital, etc.), connection (social, intergenerational), equality (women/men) and participation (participatory democracy) responding to a sustainable development and social cohesion objective.
