Participate in the safety of public transport users and municipal roads through the allocation of police fine revenue

Participate through the allocation of police fine revenue (Article R2334-12 of the General Code of Local Authorities) in the development of equipment improving the safety of public transport users and municipal roads.

Maximum rate of departmental subsidy applicable to a ceiling amount of expenses set at €35,000 excluding tax:

• 70% for municipalities with less than 2,000 inhabitants (DGF population)
• 50% for municipalities with 2,001 to 5,000 inhabitants (DGF population)
• 40% for municipalities with 5,001 to 10,000 inhabitants (DGF population)

Bonus for intervention methods in support of road development works enabling accessibility for disabled people, according to the following departmental subsidy rates:

• 80% for municipalities with less than 2,000 inhabitants (DGF population)
• 60% for municipalities with 2,001 to 5,000 inhabitants (DGF population)
• 50% for municipalities with 5,001 to 10,000 inhabitants (DGF population) In the context of this bonus, beneficiaries must submit an individualized technical and financial file.
