Banque des Territoires manages the mandate of the Grand Investment Plan 2018-2022 (GPI) on behalf of the State. With a budget of 57 billion euros, it is structured around 4 actions.

1. Accelerate the ecological transition

The GPI program includes a call for projects for the City of tomorrow. The objective of these projects? To promote the development of a new way of designing, building and managing cities so that they preserve both the quality of life of residents, social cohesion and the environment.

2. Build a society of skills

With the aim of building a society of skills, Banque des Territoires manages several actions and calls for projects:

• « Territoires d'Innovation Pédagogique » (TIP) to strengthen the capacity of the education system to achieve its objectives;
• « Sociétés Universitaires et de Recherche » (SUR), a call for expressions of interest to experiment, within higher education institutions…
