Targeted operations: Any study aimed at planning and scheduling actions and works: territorial inventory and diagnosis (campaign for the search for hazardous substances in effluents, regularization of discharge agreements, monitoring measures of the marine environment for STEU discharges, initial diagnosis of non-collective sanitation systems, etc.), master plan, programming study for pipeline renewal, progress contract (DOM Water Plan), non-domestic effluent management strategy, etc.

Studies and schemes primarily dedicated to flood prevention are excluded.
