Carrying goods (long-term leases)

The EPF d'Alsace offers, when deemed necessary, the implementation of long-term leases. These leases have a dual objective. The first is to allow the community to carry out development, repair, maintenance, improvement and/or rehabilitation works during the carrying period. The second is to ensure long-term land management.

Implementation

The EPF d'Alsace can implement 3 types of long-term leases:

• The administrative emphyteutic lease known as "BEA";
• The building or rehabilitation lease;
• The emphyteutic lease with a third party;
