This new edition aims to continue the territorial coverage of public charging stations and develop innovative projects reducing the impact of electric vehicles on the grid. It also aims to support the transition of taxis to clean vehicles by financing associated charging stations (in addition to the other vehicle financing scheme). This edition replaces the previous edition.

Beneficiaries can be public developers with intelligent vehicle charging infrastructure expertise or private companies.
