Fully supported by the Banque des Territoires, the Energy Audit of Public Buildings is aimed at municipalities wishing to:
-
Renovate school establishments;
-
Estimate the cost of the works;
-
Evaluate the energy gains of each action;
-
Prioritize the works.
The Energy Audit of Public Buildings takes the form of a specialized consulting mission to identify and quantify:
-
The costs of each action envisaged for a building or a set of buildings;
-
The energy gains and carbon reductions allowed by each;
-
The works to prioritize.
The Energy Audit of Public Buildings has several roles:
-
Study the situation based on the analysis of energy consumption (invoices from the last 3 years), interviews conducted on site and available documentation;
-
Propose several bundles of works presenting a positive impact on energy consumption and the comfort of use of the buildings;
-
Evaluate the budget required for the works and define the precise technical program to be implemented;
-
Allow you to define the scope of the works according to your priorities and the necessary works (extension, transformation, etc.).
