Are you a local public sector actor (local authority, local public company, etc.) and do you wish to revalorize the tourist heritage of your territory by providing it with new infrastructures? You can benefit from a loan from the Banque des Territoires to finance your economic development project.

This loan offer can be used for any long-term infrastructure project aimed at modernizing the facilities of your territory, or corresponding to heavy fixed assets related to the tourism sector (hotels, thalassotherapy, leisure parks, etc.). We support you with the Territorial Cohesion Loan over 25 years and more, and the rate is indexed to that of the Livret A.
