Preventing loss of autonomy in EHPAD residents

The objective of this call for projects is to prevent the loss of autonomy of residents in EHPADs.

Nature of eligible projects

The award criteria will focus on:

- The participation of residents in the project;

- Opening up to the outside world, notably through the involvement of volunteers, the holding of off-site activities or the intervention of partners;

- The coherence of the project with the recommendations of the Department and the ARS (formulated during CPOM negotiations in particular);

- The quality of collective activity programs built on the basis of validated tools;

- Commitment to a pathway logic, possibly in connection with actions already underway or existing;

- The promotion of autonomy and residual capacities of the person by modifying the professional practices of professionals;

- The sustainability and reproducibility of the prevention approach;

- The proposal of relevant evaluation indicators;

- The eventual integration of the prevention theme into the service project;

- Participation in the improvement of good practices in the elderly;
