Produce social, very social and intermediate rental housing

Description

The Region supports the net creation of social rental housing through new construction or transformation of buildings after change of use allowing the production of social rental housing. Eligibility criteria are set out in the intervention regulations of deliberation n° CR 2017-02. You can also consult the aid scheme sheet accessible on mesdemarches.iledefrance.fr (select the teleservice “Production of social rental housing – Family housing and non-specific social residences”, then, in the “Prior information” screen, click on “Download the scheme summary sheet” under the paragraph entitled “Before submitting your application”). The subsidy is calculated according to a percentage of eligible expenses defined by the intervention regulations. Its amount is capped per dwelling. Consult the intervention regulations set by framework deliberation CR 2017-02 The calculation methods described in the deliberation correspond to the maximum aid that can be mobilized. The regional intervention being part of an annual budget, the potentially mobilizable aid is therefore likely to be adjusted, particularly according to the availability of credits.
