Cap Rural has noted that many changes have marked the financing of local development actors and actions in recent years (NOTRe Law, decrease in public funding, generalization of calls for projects, development of private funding, increase in entrepreneurial project collectives, etc.) and have led structures and development agents to evolve in their practices of searching for and mobilizing financial resources.
