Structuring projects accelerating transitions

Through its spatial planning policy, the Region intends to support the development of all territories. It is thus committed to supporting investment projects by communities with strong development potential and deploying a plurality of activities and/or services. These projects meet regional priorities in terms of employment, economic development, and training while providing a response to the challenges of ecological and energy transitions in the territories.

Objectives:

• Rehabilitation and conversion projects for sites – such as vacant buildings or brownfields – as part of a land recycling approach aimed at limiting soil artificialization and restoring value to neglected spaces
• Cross-sectoral projects with a significant, lasting, and transversal impact on territorial development in the field of the Region's competencies (social and solidarity economy, training, agriculture, tourism, health, third places, etc.)
• Collective equipment contributing to the development of local food circuits, such as collective processing workshops, canneries, resource centers or recycling centers contributing to structuring more resilient local sectors
