Promoting a creative cultural and sports life and the enhancement of heritage

The Bessin en Virois territory is rich - in cultural dynamism illustrated by an increase in the number of local initiatives, - in built heritage that is sometimes little known and can prove to be a significant financial burden, - and in a developed associative fabric but impacted by a weakening of volunteering. In addition, the territory has significant untapped cultural development potential and sometimes suffers from a lack of identity and belonging. The operations supported under this action sheet are consistent with 4 objectives of the SRADDET, notably the development of cultural and sports offerings, the reduction of soil artificialization and the safeguarding of the specificities of the rural world. This action sheet also takes into account the findings of the Norman IPCC.
