To whom it is addressed: The call is aimed at natural and legal persons who are the owner or the administrator of an architectural or artistic asset subject to historical-artistic protection constraints, and natural and legal persons who are owners, possessors, or holders of works of art, minor monuments, and thatched roofs not subject to protection constraints.
