• To assist in decision-making regarding the organizational strategy of resources to optimize your organization and forge partnerships to meet the exercise of your skills and control your operating expenses,
• To develop or revise an organizational chart / job descriptions; to identify potential mutualizations, in conjunction with the appropriate interlocutors (CDG / CNFPT, etc.),
• To functionally optimize your workspaces (including advice on the management and conservation of archives in conjunction with the Departmental Archives),
• To monitor recommendations over time.
