Create teleconsultation spaces

NATURE OF ELIGIBLE PROJECTS

Any real estate project aimed at developing teleconsultation spaces to improve access to care in the territories. The regional partnership charter for access to care (2021-2025) provides for the possibility of initiating and/or supporting in each territory all quality initiatives in favor of improving access to care, such as telemedicine. These initiatives must:

• be based on a health project shared by all local stakeholders,
• obtain validation from the departmental operational committee (COD) - the decision-making body of the regional partnership charter for access to outpatient care (2021-2025).

Furthermore, health projects that have received a favorable opinion from the COD may be eligible for funding (excluding territorial policy) to cover part of the non-real estate investment costs, particularly the acquisition of equipment related to the performance of telemedicine acts.

FINANCIAL TERMS

Departmental council participation based on eligible expenses excluding VAT with the application of a fixed rate of 10% to 40%. If the project meets the bonus conditions, the grant amount will be increased by 20%.
