The SDES financially participates in small works with low investment and quick gains on the built heritage of its member municipalities.

Eligible actions:

Consumption monitoring

• Installation of a communicating energy sub-meter (electricity, fuel, thermal energy)

Regulation

• Installation of a restart optimizer
  
• Installation of a programmable thermostat
• Installation of a thermostatic valve
• Installation of a clock on the VMC

Heating

• Installation of an air circulator / Destratifier
• Installation of a variable speed circulation pump
• Installation of a regulator by water law (motorized 3-way valve)
• Insulation of singular points of the hot water network
• Radiant panels for occasionally occupied premises
• Instantaneous water heater
• Heating / DHW network insulation

Summer comfort

• Installation of solar films
• Installation of air circulator / ceiling fan
• Installation of adjustable sunshades
