Emergency works enabling the return to normal functioning of aquatic environments following hydromorphological degradations caused by floods or marine submersions or intense coastal erosion and located in the territory of municipalities that have been subject to a decree recognizing the state of natural disaster are eligible. Any indemnities paid by insurers and relating to the same basis are deducted from the final amount of the basis.
