Carry out energy saving works

Territoire d'Énergie Drôme - SDED offers a decisive boost to help you take action.

When local authorities join its Energie Plus Consulting service, they can benefit from assistance for energy saving works in existing buildings .

Membership provides access to technical and financial support, offering, on the one hand, a pre-diagnosis and decision-making assistance, and on the other hand, a subsidy for energy improvement works on public built heritage.

Depending on the nature of the planned actions, the aid is 20% or 50% of the HT cost of the works. A package of works including roof and wall insulation allows for a single aid rate of 50% on all other energy saving works associated with the same project.

This aid is capped at €50,000 over three rolling years.

Membership in Energie Plus for 2024* amounts to:

- €0.50 per inhabitant per calendar year for rural municipalities (as defined by TICFE),

- €0.80 per inhabitant per calendar year for urban municipalities (as defined by TCCFE).

- for inter-municipalities, a multi-year agreement is proposed based on a tariff of €0.30 per inhabitant per calendar year.
