Create your Atlas of Economic Activity Zones

To comply with the Climate & Resilience law, public inter-municipal cooperation establishments (EPCI) must produce an inventory of their economic activity zones (ZAE) by August 24, 2023.

This inventory allows communities to have a better knowledge of the land and real estate availability in their territory and thus to develop an economic development and environmental preservation strategy.

To achieve this, EPCIs can solicit the Banque des Territoires, recognized as a trusted third-party operator. In partnership with Cerema and its partners (IGN and CSTB), the Banque des Territoires offers a free service to help create your ZAE inventory.

Your @zaé, "My Atlas of Economic Activity Zones", is delivered in .pdf format and includes a summary dashboard for each of your economic activity zones with:

• a complete overview of the state of your land, including the areas and owners of each unit;

• the identification of occupants in each zone;

• the vacancy rate of each zone.
