Develop a Real Estate Master Plan (SDI) and establish its global asset strategy

Support for the establishment of a strategic document setting the development and management orientations for the community's real estate assets.

The SDI provides a vision of the operations to be carried out on the city's or community's assets in order to improve their quality and ensure they meet the needs desired by elected officials and services. This asset classification will allow the community to:

• Optimization of surface area;
• Development and implementation of a renovation program

The SDI is established in 4 phases:

• Launch of the process: information collection process, scheduling of visits and interviews, validation of the schedule...
• Diagnosis of existing assets: multi-criteria study (technical, energy, financial...), taking into account the requirements of the tertiary decree
• Prospective scenarios: cross-analyses, scenario planning...
• Formalization of the SDI: validation of the scenario, mastering the tools...
