Carrying out a revitalization study for a town center, city center, neighborhood, or establishing a territorial project.

FINANCIAL TERMS

Participation of the departmental council based on eligible expenses excluding or including VAT, depending on whether the project owner can or cannot recover VAT on the operation, with a fixed rate of 50% and aid capped at 15,000 €.
