Carry out the rehabilitation and renaturation of historical coastal landfills presenting a risk of waste release into the sea

This scheme aims to support project leaders in the rehabilitation of historical coastal landfills presenting risks of waste release into the sea, for the realization of study services and rehabilitation works.

Eligible services must be conducted according to the national methodology applicable to polluted sites and soils, in accordance with standard NF X31-620: "Soil quality - Service provisions relating to polluted sites and soils".

Studies eligible under this aid scheme correspond to areas A "studies, assistance and control" and B "Rehabilitation works engineering" of standard NF X31-620: "Soil quality - Service provisions relating to polluted sites and soils", and are more particularly:

• diagnostic studies:
  • preliminary studies consisting of the global services INFOS, DIAG and IEM and the elementary services that compose them, to which specific services for the "landfill" context are added and must be conducted according to current standards, or failing that, best practices;
    
  • studies for defining the rehabilitation project: global service PG (Management Plan) of standard NF X31-620-2 and global service PCT (Works Design Plan) of standard NF X31-620-3.
