Recruit and host digital advisors

This call for expressions of interest is launched for the first wave of applications from local authorities and their groupings for the recruitment and hosting of digital advisors as part of France Relance. It aims to collect the first proposals from territories ready to bear the employment contracts of these advisors in exchange for state funding for their training and activity.

The Government is acting on three axes:
1- 4000 trained digital advisors offering digital initiation workshops as close as possible to the French people;
2- Support for local networks that offer digital activities, through the design of devices that facilitate the training of residents;
3- Simple and secure tools essential for caregivers (social workers, local authority agents, etc.) to enable them to better support French people who cannot carry out their administrative procedures alone.

These three axes are declined in the form of a new service offer available for the territories.
