Recycling a brownfield

The EPF d'Alsace supports communities in the acquisition and carrying of economic brownfields (industrial, commercial, artisanal, military, health, agricultural, tourist). It can undertake a certain number of studies or works as project owner: demolition, asbestos removal, depollution, deconstruction.

This intervention by the EPF makes it possible to put back on the market properties that had left it with new uses, to reduce the risks associated with the dangerousness of these sites and to improve the image and attractiveness of the neighborhoods where they are located thanks to the establishment of compensatory measures. The EPF can cover between 50 to 80% of the cost of certain studies and/or works.

Projects aimed at developing housing supply, economic development, revitalizing city centers and town centers, risk management, biodiversity protection/restoration, constitution of land reserves
