Reducing obstacles at the Franco-Swiss border

Interreg France - Switzerland (2021-2027) is a European Union program co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the Swiss Confederation and the cantons, to support European Territorial Cooperation (ETC) which is part of the European cohesion policy. The latter aims to strengthen economic, social and territorial cohesion by reducing development differences between European regions.

Within the framework of Priority 5 of the program, projects must fall within the following objective:

Improve cooperation governance

Types of actions:

• Action 1: Identify and remove obstacles to improve the effectiveness of cross-border public policies;
• Action 2: Support the implementation of integrated territorial development strategies for regional functional areas.
