Revitalize my city center

In the hearts of towns or villages, the Hauts de France Public Land Establishment helps to bring new dynamism and strengthen the attractiveness of these central areas through the recycling of land, often ideally located. Its intervention involves acquisitions, deconstructions, and land recomposition, which subsequently improves the housing and commercial offerings and creates new facilities. The EPF is a partner and signatory of the national program agreements " Action Cœur de Ville " for the 14 towns in Nord and Pas-de-Calais concerned and supports the " Petites Villes de Demain " scheme.

Eligible projects

Projects for requalification in favor of housing production, commerce, and improving the living environment are eligible.

• Programming studies (support)
• Project management studies
• Land acquisitions
• Waste and pollution treatment
• Deconstruction works
