What it is The notice governs the procedures for submitting proposals for initiatives and projects to be launched in 2026 for the granting of small financial contributions, for a maximum amount of € 5,000.00, within the framework of actions functional to the achievement of the institutional purposes of the Regional Guarantor for the Rights of persons subjected to restrictive measures of personal liberty - Puglia, in implementation of DUP n. 4/2026, consistent with the purposes and strategic objectives set out in Regional Law of July 10, 2006, n. 19, in accordance with the Annual Program of the same Guarantor. Who it is for The notice is addressed to non-profit entities referred to in Legislative Decree 117/17 "Third Sector Code" as well as, in general, associations, organizations and other non-profit entities, operating in the regional territory, in the sector of promotion and protection of rights and interests falling within the scope of the Guarantor's competence. What it provides The facility provides for the granting of a financial contribution, taking into account the total costs of the preliminary financial plan. The contribution cannot be granted for an amount exceeding 75% of the total expenses resulting from the preliminary financial plan and in any case within the maximum limit of € 5,000.00.
