The Banque des Territoires supports local authorities and local public development companies (EPLs) in their projects to rehabilitate polluted or disused urban brownfields to promote redevelopment.

The offer is structured around:

• equity and quasi-equity investments in project companies.
• equity and quasi-equity investments in mixed-economy development or operating companies.
• intermediated interventions through depollution funds.
• engineering support.
