Reimburse the purchase of equipment for risk prevention purposes

The scheme is aimed at employers with fewer than 50 affiliates

The reimbursement is intended to finance all types of equipment related to the prevention of occupational risks, and primarily technical equipment and personal protective equipment.

This equipment must be identified as useful for the prevention of occupational risks and in connection with your DUERP (Single Document for the Evaluation of Professional Risks).

• It is open once per fiscal year,
• It aims to cover 80% of the expenditure incurred and is capped at 3,000 € including tax,
• It is reduced by 50% for employers who have less than 50% of their workforce affiliated with the CNRACL.

It is specified that the following are notably excluded from the scheme:

• standard ergonomic office chairs,
• workstation adaptations prescribed by occupational medicine on an individual basis and workstation adaptations for workers with disabilities,
• building adaptations and building accessories,
• amounts related to labor invoicing, subscriptions and ancillary costs (shipping/preparation costs)…*<…
