As part of urban-rural solidarity, the Loire-Bretagne water agency supports the most disadvantaged communities that wish to control the risk related to vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) present in distributed water by replacing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipes. These essential actions are based on a solid and well-defined structuring of drinking water competence and a sufficient public service price to maintain the financed works and maintain service performance.
