Living in a territory goes beyond domestic (eating, sleeping) and economic (working) dimensions. The other aspects of social life vary according to age, social condition, needs, desires... Their satisfaction constitutes the factors of liveability of the territory.

The continuous improvement of access to services and leisure stimulates the creativity of the territory, improves attractiveness and strengthens ties between inhabitants. The objective will be to support projects aimed at making the territory easier to live in for the entire population.
