La Banque des Territoires supports you in financing your land acquisitions and infrastructure operations dedicated to social housing in your territory.

This offer is available in the long and short term.

• The short-term Gaia is intended for holding and establishing land reserves, in order to eventually build social housing on them, in a minimum proportion of 25% of the real estate program.
• The long-term Gaïa is used to finance the acquisition of land, provided that it is leased to organizations carrying out social housing or social homeownership operations, within a maximum period of 2 years following the signing of the loan agreement.
