Energy renovate your public buildings via the SERENE program

Do you want to undertake energy renovation work on a public building? Are you wondering which works to prioritize? About financial aid and possible types of support?

The SDE35 has set up a service dedicated to the energy renovation of community buildings, SERENE, whose objective is to massify energy renovation work by providing communities with global technical and financial support.

What work is supported?

• Global renovation operations
• Energy efficiency works with priority given to works eligible for intrating (replacement of heating equipment, relamping, BMS)
• Possibility of entrusting heavy renovation work: in coordination with existing offers from SEMs: Territoires, SEM Breizh, Orchestr'Am, Terres et toits.

Who is concerned?

The communities of Ille-et-Vilaine. If you have a CEP (Shared Energy Advisor) in your territory, it remains the entry point for triggering support. The SERENE service works hand in hand with the network of CEPs throughout the territory of Ille-et-Vilaine. Territories not covered by a CEP are invited to contact the SDE35 directly.
