• Participation in the architectural competition launched by the community
• Analysis of technical files in the different phases of the project (preliminary design, final design, tender documents, execution, operation, etc.)
• Participation in the various project meetings
• Monitoring of works and exchanges with companies and project management
• Validation of the expected performance level
• Support for the operating company during the adjustment phase of technical installations
• Monitoring of the general operation of all thermal systems of the building during the perfect completion phase of the works
