Nature of projects

Renovation operations for housing not eligible for the ERDF, according to the Operational Program in force in the territory where the operation is located. Eligible operations are thus:

• In the Alsatian and Champardennais territories: operations for which the energy label before works is D or less energy efficient
• In the Champardennais territory: operations < 40 dwellings in collective housing and < 10 in individual housing
• In the Alsatian territory: operations < 50 dwellings
• In the Alsatian, Lorraine and Champardennais territories: acquisition-improvement operations, or as soon as ERDF credits are exhausted.

Nature and amount of aid

Lump sum: between 2,500 and 4,500 €/renovated dwelling (see details in Annex 3 of the regulations), depending on the package of works carried out. Bonus: Bio-based materials for insulation: in addition to improving the energy performance of housing, the use of bio-based materials for insulation helps reduce the energy and climate impact of renovation projects while favoring the use of renewable resources also ensuring the continuity of water vapor migration.
