Requalify an activity zone or an industrial zone

As part of its support for economic activities, the Etablissement Public Foncier Hauts de France can intervene to requalify activity or industrial zones.

The EPF acquires the properties or sites necessary for the reconversion of the zone, ensures the treatment of pollution sources and waste as well as the deconstruction of obsolete buildings, and then possibly proceeds with land recomposition. This intervention facilitates the preparation of sites for new exploitation.

Eligible projects

Economic development projects based on land recycling are eligible.

Eligible expenses:

• Acquisition
• Technical studies
• Waste and pollution treatment
• Demolition and deconstruction works

Amount of aid:

• Engineering covered at 100%
• Up to 80% of the cost of studies
• Up to 80% of the cost of the works operation
