Restructuring social rental housing in city centers

Description

Mixed financing (loan/subsidy) granted by Action Logement as part of the national Action Coeur de Ville program to support major restructuring and overall adaptation operations of existing social rental housing, with a view to reintroducing an offer equivalent to new production onto the market and integrated into the overall project carried by the eligible municipality. The maximum financing in long-term loan and subsidy is capped at the amount of eligible works, including related fees, up to 500 € including tax per m2 of living space.
